I design financial products. Ten years of it, across Latin America and Europe.
I started at Mercado Pago, leading checkout across 8 countries. Then Despegar, owning cross-selling for one of Latin America's largest travel platforms. Now I'm at Pleo in Berlin, shaping how employees spend and get reimbursed.
Along the way I've also worked across C6 Bank and PicPay, always in fintech, always close to the moment someone pays, gets paid, or asks for more room on their card.
The part I care about most is what happens when something doesn't go smoothly: a request that expires, a payment that fails, an approval someone's still waiting on. That's usually where the real design work is.
